Biden: US will not provide F-16 jets to Ukraine.

Asked on the White House South Lawn if the U.S. would provide F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, he said, "No."

Previously, deputy White House national security adviser Jon Finer told MSNBC that the U.S. would discuss the idea of supplying fighter jets to Ukraine "very carefully" with Ukraine and allies.

Last week, the president announced the U.S. would send 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine.

Ukraine has asked for more ammo and weapons.

Currently, it is estimated that Ukraine has received $24.9B from the US.
