Per ABC News
After news of classified documents found in President Joe Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware, additional information suggests that no visitor logs were recorded. according to sources familiar with the situation.
This would potentially mean there is no way to know who viewed the classified documents. The Department of Justice officials are highlighting that they still have to determine whether there was an intention to break the law.
Despite stating that they have not yet made a clear decision, they will have to figure out what exactly happened to the classified documents. It was also highlighted that they wouldn't be able to rely solely on the Biden team's accounts of what happened to the documents.

The classified documents brought to the President's home occurred when he served as vice president for former US President Barack Obama.
Attorney General Merrick Garland, appointed by Biden himself, is clarifying there is no favoritism towards the US President. He highlighted that the Justice Department is being run by him independently.
Richard Sauber, an attorney for Biden, announced that the White House would cooperate in the investigation of the classified documents by the DOJ. This comes at a time when a special committee is being eyed to investigate the federal government.
The call for a special committee will see an investigation directly into the Justice Department, FBI, and CIA. The special committee is expected to investigate how US citizen information was collected, shared, and used, whether civil liberties were violated, and others.
