Binance survey says being into crypto was considered an attractive relationship feature by 83% of respondents

Per Coin Telegraph

A recent Binance study showed that the majority of respondents that it asked considered liking crypto as an attractive feature in a relationship. The survey included 2,600 participants, and 83% of them found that being into crypto was considered an attractive relationship feature.

The survey was reportedly led by Binance, which took participants from around the world leading up to Valentine's day. The survey took place between Feb 6 to Feb 9 and included participants that were between 18 and 46 years old.

On top of finding liking crypto an attractive relationship feature, 70% of survey participants said that they are more likely to go on a date with someone that was interested in crypto.

It was also found that 60% of respondents found that being interested in crypto made someone more appealing. This is because they were considered to be "tech-savvy."

Aside from being tech-savvy, being into crypto also made the person more open to innovation and other technological advancements, according to 60% of participants in the survey.

27% of the participants also revealed that they introduced their partners to crypto and crypto-related topics, like blockchain and Web3.

The survey also revealed that some people would rather receive a crypto gift card than roses or chocolates on Valentine's Day. The survey showed 83% of respondents wanted to receive crypto instead of regular Valentine's gifts.

Early in February, Binance said they would temporarily suspend US dollar bank transfers on Feb 8. They announced that they would specifically suspend transfers for USD and would work to restart the service as soon as possible.

Despite Binance's survey showing how crypto was more attractive to its participants, Berkshire Hathaway's Charlie Munger has doubled on being bearish about crypto. Recently, he described crypto as "ridiculous" and "massively stupid" while calling for a ban.
