Figma has officially filed for an initial public offering in the United States

Figma, the cloud-based collaborative platform for web design, officially filed for an initial public offering in the U.S. on Tuesday.

The company intends to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FIG.”

While the filing didn’t include details on the size or price range of the offering, it revealed that Figma generated $228.2 million in revenue for the quarter ending March 31, with a net income of $44.9 million during that same period.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Allen & Co, and J.P. Morgan are leading the underwriting, with additional support from BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, RBC Capital Markets, William Blair, and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance.

The IPO comes more than a year after Adobe walked away from its proposed $20 billion acquisition of Figma, following regulatory hurdles in both Europe and the UK.
