JPMorgan Says the US Should Treat the Oil Situation as a 'Matter of War'—Putin Says the West's Solution is to Print More Money

Per CNBC and TASS (Russian News Agency)

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said the oil situation "should be treated almost as a matter of war." Europe has been at the forefront of the crisis as 45% of its natural gas needs rely on Russia's supply.

Russian News Agency TASS quotes Putin saying Western governments will print money to deal with the high energy prices.

Putin: "The problem is, what Europe will do using this money? Similarly to other goods, including food - to scoop gas from the international markets also. Consequently, other countries will have to overpay for these energy resources."
