Kim Kardashian has agreed to pay a settlement of $1.26 million to the SEC for charges regarding failure to disclose received payments for promoting the EthereumMax crypto asset.
K Kardashian was sued along with boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and former NBA star Paul Pierce for being involved with the crypto asset.
The settlement comes shortly after Kim Kardashian was sued for $40 million after promoting an alleged "fake lottery scam" promising luxury prizes. The prizes promised included a chance to win $130K cash, first-class tickets to LA, and a three-day stay in Beverly Hills.
