Internal memos revealed that Meta's flagship metaverse app, Horizon Worlds, is too buggy even for the company's employees.

Vishal Shah, VP of Metaverse, said the team would be in a "quality lockdown" for the rest of the year until quality gaps and performance issues are fixed. The company is spending billions per year for Zuckerberg's vision of the metaverse, but so far, the app has only hit 300,000 users this year.
