Aylo Holdings, the parent company of a website involved in hosting videos and accepting payments from GirlsDoPorn, has reached a deferred prosecution agreement to settle charges related to engaging in unlawful monetary transactions linked to sex trafficking proceeds.

As part of the deal, the Montreal-based company will pay over $1.8 million to the U.S. government and make additional payments to individual women harmed by the trafficking. The agreement also mandates the appointment of an independent monitor for three years, after which the charges will be dismissed.

Aylo Holdings expressed regret for hosting content from GirlsDoPorn and clarified that it is not pleading guilty to any crime, with the government agreeing to dismiss the charge after three years, contingent on continued compliance with the deferred prosecution agreement.
