Meanwhile, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has secured a deal exceeding $1 billion USD (approximately $1.6 billion AUD) to supply Elon Musk's social media platform, X, with servers optimized for artificial intelligence workloads, Bloomberg News reports.

The agreement, finalized late last year, reportedly saw HPE outbid competitors Dell Technologies and Super Micro Computer to provide the AI-focused equipment.

Hewlett Packard declined to comment on the report.

The demand for AI servers continues to surge as enterprises increasingly seek hardware capable of supporting advanced artificial intelligence applications.

Elon Musk's ventures, including Tesla and xAI, have become prominent customers for AI-centric hardware solutions.
