Russia has said that it will no longer give the United States advance notice of its missile tests, per PBS.

Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in remarks carried by Russian news agencies that Moscow has halted all information exchanges with Washington.

Recently, Russia and China say there can be no winners in nuclear war, should never be unleashed.

"There can be no winners in a nuclear war, and it must never be unleashed," said the declaration.

Previously, Putin said: "We proceed from the fact that there can be no winners in a nuclear war and it should never be unleashed, and we stand for equal and indivisible security for all members of the world community."

In April, Russia conducted a first test launch of its new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile, capable of mounting nuclear strikes against the United States, and said it planned to deploy the weapons by autumn, per Reuters.
