Russia says a night-time drone attack by Ukraine on the Kremlin failed and that Putin was not there, but Ukraine denies the attack

Russia has clarified that Putin was not in Kremlin when an alleged night-time drone attack by Ukraine tried to take out President Vladimir Putin. However, Ukraine denied the accusation.

Kremlin gave a statement regarding the supposed situation. It also said Russia "reserved the right to retaliate" toward the supposed incident.

Kremlin: "Two unmanned aerial vehicles were aimed at the Kremlin. As a result of timely actions taken by the military and special services with the use of radar warfare systems, the devices were put out of action,"

A senior presidential officer of Ukraine denied the accusations and said that this was Moscow's preparation for what was described as a major "terrorist provocation."  They regarded the actions as a "planned terrorist act."

Kremlin: "We regard these actions as a planned terrorist act and an attempt on the president's life, carried out on the eve of Victory Day, the May 9 Parade, at which the presence of foreign guests is also planned ..."

Mykhailo Podolyak, a presidential advisor of Ukraine, said that the country had nothing to do with the attacks and that they don't attack the Kremlin due to it not being a solution to any of their military tasks.

Podolyak: "In my opinion, it is absolutely obvious that both 'reports about an attack on the Kremlin' and simultaneously the supposed detention of Ukrainian saboteurs in Crimea..."

Recently, it was reported that NATO had finished delivering 230 tanks and 1,550 combat vehicles to Ukraine. This results in the alliance achieving over 98% of its promises.

The alliance will also train and equip nine new brigades, or over 30,000 troops. Two other countries, Sweden and Australia, have also decided to take part in providing Ukraine with armored vehicles.

Zelensky has recently announced that should China ally itself with Russia; there would be World War III. Zelensky also noted that he would like to see China on their side but that he thought it wasn't possible at the moment.
