Tesla, $TSLA, will go after the Wall St short-sellers, certain law firms & (sometimes) corrupt regulators who are the true evil

Elon Musk has said: Tesla, $TSLA, will "go after the Wall St short-sellers, certain law firms & (sometimes) corrupt regulators who are the true evil."

In February, it was announced that Tesla was building a legal team.

They added , Brandon Ehrhart, joins the company as it continues to build the “hardcore litigation department” announced by Elon Musk last year, per Bloomberg.

Musk said in a May tweet that he was building a litigation team to “initiate & execute lawsuits” and report directly to him.

He said that the team will commit to two things:

• We will never seek victory in a just case against us, even if we will probably win.
• We will never surrender/settle an unjust case against us, even if we will probably lose.
