Vice President J.D. Vance says he’s prioritizing UFOs as a key focus

Vice President JD Vance revealed he is “obsessed” with UFOs and plans to spend time in the coming weeks investigating the topic further.

“I’m obsessed with the whole UFO thing,” Vance said during unprompted remarks on the Ruthless Podcast episode released Friday. “‘What’s actually going on?’ ‘What were those videos all about?’ ‘What’s actually happening?’”

“I haven’t gotten to the bottom of it yet, but we’re only six months in — we’ve been very busy,” he added with a laugh. “The August recess is in part me gonna try to dive to the bottom of the whole UFO thing from last year.”

It’s unclear if Vance was referencing the wave of sightings in New Jersey beginning Nov. 13, when drone-like aircraft reportedly the size of cars were seen hovering above Picatinny Arsenal.

A federal report earlier this year, citing the FAA, noted no records of anomalous sightings during the surge in public attention.

Ruthless cohost Michael Duncan chimed in, sharing his own fascination with the topic. “I’ve been to Roswell,” he said. “I’ve done the tours. I’ve done the whole thing.”

“Did you see any aliens?” Vance asked.

“No. I saw the hangar where they were,” Duncan replied.
