Voice actors say they're "shocked" to find AI replicating their speech and tone, and they're worried about losing their jobs, per Bloomberg.

Mike Cooper, a British voice actor based in the US, also found his voice on two AI voice-generation websites that claim they’re legally entitled to his voice despite him never speaking to them, he said, per Bloomberg

Per Bloomberg: "Many actors agreed to similarly broad terms at a time when it was difficult to fathom the current technological sophistication of AI, said Rob Sciglimpaglia, Clarke’s lawyer.

And it’s currently possible to create a library of audio based on text-to-speech technology in a way that didn’t previously exist."
